Product Safety

Your safety matters to us. Please read this page before using our products.

General safety

• Many products contain small parts, batteries, cords or lights. Keep them out of reach of children under 3 years old and supervise young children.
• Decorations and light sets are not toys.
• Keep all products away from candles, open flames, heaters and other heat sources. Costumes and decorations can be flammable.
• Use batteries as instructed. Never mix old and new batteries, never recharge non-rechargeable batteries, and dispose of used batteries safely.
• Do not use products with damaged cords, lights or battery boxes.
• Use USB-powered items only with a suitable power source.
• Use products indoors only, unless the product page says they can be used outdoors.

Costumes

Check the size before use. Make sure children can see, breathe and move freely, and keep costumes away from fire. Adult supervision is recommended for children.

Pet costumes

Never leave your pet unattended while it wears a costume. Make sure the costume does not restrict breathing, vision or movement, and remove it if your pet shows stress or discomfort.

Report a problem

If you think a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us at thehalloweenhaunt.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will investigate and, if needed, offer a refund or replacement.

Safety notices

If we learn of a safety issue with a product, we will contact the customers concerned and cooperate with the authorities where required.
